WRK Warranty Policy
Except as otherwise agreed by Workforce Ready Koncepts and the customer in a written agreement, the warranty duration for software provided under an agreement directly between Workforce Ready Koncepts as licensor and the customer is one year from the date of electronic availability. Workforce Ready Koncepts software is only distributed electronically, is considered opened at the time of license distribution, and is not returnable.
